Steve Penn has 17 years of diversified commercial real estate experience in the areas of leasing, development, property and asset management. As Managing Director of Asset Services, Steve oversees a team of 55 management and 65 engineering professionals responsible for a portfolio comprised of approximately 25 million square feet of real estate located throughout the greater Seattle area.

Since originally joining CB Richard Ellis in 1991, Steve has been directly responsible for leasing more than 3 million square feet of space, managed over $12 million of interior improvements, and $15 million of shell improvement work.
