This is a professional, full-color production. Delegates use this piece to determine their attendance and decide which seminars to attend if applicable. (see example)

- Corporate brochure or message included in our delegate badge mail-out to a selection of pre-registrants 2 weeks before the show. These individuals are pre-registered and committed to attend the show. This is your opportunity to get your pre-show materials in the hands of your prospects and drive them to your booth, website or offices. Approximately 1500 pieces sent. Also includes logo exposure in our delegate confirmation letters. Exhibitor to provide printed material, size restrictions apply (One 8.5 x 11 page, double-sided and folded to fit in #10 envelope).

Similar to the above mailing, this is an opportunity for you to follow up with all show attendees and catch those who you didn’t see at your exhibit.
